Terms and Conditions of Purchase

THE COLORS OF FURNITURE POLICY:

QNE Furniture cannot guarantee that the color of the picture of the ordered item will match 100% with the actual color of the furniture.  Pictures look different on different computers.  Every monitor is adjusted its own way.  Some monitors give darker and warmer pictures.  Returns based on color issues are subject to a restocking fee of 25% and shipping fees will be deducted from the sale price prior to issuing credit toward your reorder or future order.

 
Terms of Purchase
  • QNE Furniture provides Manufacturer’s Warranty Only.
  • The QNE Furniture makes no warranties that the property sold is merchantable or fit for any particular purpose, nor does the QNE Furniture make any express or implied warranties with respect to the property sold.
  • Customer aggress to send photos of any Manufacturers Warranty problem by e-mail, otherwise an inspection fee will apply, if applicable.
  • Selected merchandise is sold as Final Sales with no cancellations, exchanges or refunds.
  • Delivery is not included in the price unless specified.
  • Authorized items returned, for any reason, are for QNE Furniture credit ONLY to be applied to future purchases. There are No Cash Refunds unless specified.
  • Customer is required to measure and determine if selected furniture items will fit into room, through doorways, in elevators, around corners and up stairways to complete delivery. If items cannot be delivered due to customer error, there will be a restocking and delivery charge for returned items.
  • QNE Furniture will not be responsible for any damages caused in their delivery or attempt to deliver..
  • All Quick and Easy As-Is Sales items, and QNE Furniture clearance sale items are Final Sale. No Return, No Refund. The items are sold ‘as is’ as represented in their pictures. The Customer can inspect the item in the designated store location prior to purchase.
  • QNE Furniture reserves the right to either repair or replace damaged goods due to incoming freight damages. Only items that cannot be repaired are given authorized return authorization for an exchange. If the item is not available, the customer will receive credit only for future purchases.
  • If a scheduled delivery is attempted and there is no authorized person of legal age to accept the merchandise causing a Cancellation Delivery, additional re-delivery charges will be incurred and required upon receipt.
  • Deliveries may be postponed due to bad weather conditions. In this case, delivery will be rescheduled at the earliest possible date and time to accommodate the customer and meet QNE Furniture Delivery Policy.
  • White Glove Delivery specialists remove all packaging materials as part of the delivery package. Standard Delivery is Curbside Only as packaged.
  • If service is needed for a repair that does not fall under the Manufacturers Guarantee, the customer can email QNE Furniture for an appointment or referral and agree to additional charges for their request.
  • QNE Furniture, through The Furniture Source, has financing options. Contact info@shopfurnituresource.com for details.
  • There is a 24 hour cancellation policy of the entire order. Orders cannot be changed after 24 hours.. You will receive exactly what is ordered by model number indicated on the Sales Invoice. Mistakes in ordered furniture are subject to our Return Policy.
  • Merchandise signed for in good condition requires no service unless otherwise noted on front of on Delivery Order. Manufacturers Warranty applies to all purchases unless a Final Sale item. 
  • Additional services may be available at an hourly rate to help customers fix or manage manufacturer’s caused problems to resolution.
  • Merchandise must be accepted for delivery within seven (7) days of the FIRST Delivery Notice To Customer or a storage charge will be assessed at $20 per month per item (no prorating).
  • There is a 25% of purchase price restocking fee to cover expenses for any accepted cancellation of merchandise.
  • The merchandise you have ordered is promised for delivery to you on the date specified in the original invoice. If the merchandise is not delivered within ten (10) days of the promised delivery date, you have the option of cancelling your order for a credit for another item(s) or accepting delivery at a specified later date. There are no cash refunds.
  • Any credit or price adjustments are for future purchases ONLY.
 
 
Customer’s Responsibilities and Guarantee
 
In purchasing items from QNE Furniture, the customer accepts responsibility and understands that furniture items are large and scheduled to accommodate all parties. By customer placing an order, they guarantee:
  • Once an order is placed, the customer has 24 hours to cancel. No exceptions.
  • All terms under Preparing for Your Delivery will be met.
  • Delivery Specialists will take great care in moving through the path obstacles to delivery your items. QNE Furniture is NOT responsible for any damage to walls, floors, doors, doorways, elevators or any other property for transporting purchased items to the customer’s directed location. Customer will prepare and protect all passageways to prevent damage. QNE Furniture will take great care in its delivery of your ordered items.
  • Notate any special restrictions upon ordering as to delivery conditions. 
  • Notify QNE Furniture of any building time restrictions.
  • Be responsible for additional shipping charge for any undisclosed circumstance that places our delivery specialists at risk
  • Be responsible for an additional delivery charge if the purchased furniture needs to be returned due to not reaching the designated drop off point.
  • Our distribution centers will confirm your delivery date with at least 24 hours prior to delivery. Please understand QNE Furniture delivers furniture to numerous homes each week with circumstances developing beyond our control such as poor weather conditions and traffic jams. These situations can delay delivery time frames and dates. We will keep you posted.
  • We request a 48 hours notice to make a change in your delivery appointment. If you cancel a delivery less than 48 hours before its scheduled delivery we will need to charge a handling fee equal to the delivery charge. If the delivery is included in the sale, there will be an additional minimum charge of $150. 
  • Delivery and Pickup Fees may apply. All returns by Manufacturers Guarantee will require a pickup fee equal to the delivery fee. In cases where the delivery fee is included in the purchase price, the minimum charge of $150 will apply.
  • Some furniture may require assembly by Customer. 
 
Order Acceptance -Typographical Errors
The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. QNE Furniture reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of an order. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered and QNE Furniture reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission (including after an order has been submitted). QNE Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. 
 
ISSUES
If you have any issues with your merchandise (damaged / defective / missing parts), we ask that you kindly contact us within our policy period via email, before leaving feedback, to allow us an opportunity to correct the situation.

We are not responsible for any delay or failure in removing such content. If you post content that we choose to remove, you hereby consent to such removal, and consent to waive any claim against us.
 
h. We do not assume any liability for any content posted by you or any other 3rd party users of our website. However, any content posted by you using any open communication tools on our website, provided that it doesn’t violate or infringe on any 3rd party copyrights or trademarks, becomes the property of QNE Furniture Inc., and as such, gives us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, publicly display and/or distribute as we see fit. vi) any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of our Resources is done at your own discretion and risk, and that you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer or other devices for any loss of data that may result from the download of such content.
vii) no information or advice, whether expressed, implied, oral or written, obtained by you from QNE Furniture or The Furniture Source or through any Resources we provide shall create any warranty, guarantee, or conditions of any kind, except for those expressly outlined in this User Agreement.
 
Limitation of Liability
 
In conjunction with the Limitation of Warranties as explained above, you expressly understand and agree that any claim against us shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for use of products and/or services. QNE Furniture Inc. or The Furniture Source LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss or damages which may be incurred by you as a result of using our Resources, or as a result of any changes, data loss or corruption, cancellation, loss of access, or downtime to the full extent that applicable limitation of liability laws apply.

Termination of Use
 
You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our website and Resources with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this User Agreement. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
